Bladder accumulators

efficient & innovative

Specialist in efficient use

Thanks to their weight-optimized design and the negligible pressure difference between the fluid and gas sides, Roth bladder accumulators enable efficient operation. Thanks to the use of different bladder materials, Roth bladder accumulators are suitable for a wide range of fluids and can be used in a broad temperature range. Special versions, for example with high-flow oil valves or friction-minimized plastic coating, make the Roth bladder accumulator an innovative product and enable a significantly extended range of applications.

The separation between the gas and liquid chambers of the bladder accumulators from Roth Hydraulics is represented by a flexible bladder that is embedded in the pressure chamber filled with the operating medium. Roth bladder accumulators consist of a seamless forged pressure body, a flexible bladder with a vulcanized gas connection and a connection on the fluid side, which can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel. Roth Hydraulics offers an extensive range of bladder accumulators. This includes different types, fluid connections, bladder materials and modified flow variants. In addition, coated bladder accumulators made of plastic are also available, which are suitable for non-stationary applications.
The bladder accumulator range is rounded off by accumulator reducers, safety and shut-off blocks and other accessories from Roth.
