Seaqualize once again relies on the expertise of Roth Hydraulics

This heave-compensating load hook will be able to handle a weight of up to 1000 tons. This means that fully assembled offshore wind turbines, for example, can be installed at sea much more efficiently and independently of the weather.
Seaqualize and Roth Hydraulics had already successfully completed the D 600 prototype test in 2021: A system for use on the world's oceans that transforms standard heavy-duty cranes into devices with active sea state compensation. D 600 is the world's first system with inline active sea state compensation for lifting heavy loads. It can compensate heave up to 97 percent with minimal battery-powered energy consumption. Roth Hydraulics developed an ocean-going piston accumulator system for the D 600.
"We are naturally delighted to be working with Seaqualize once again and this speaks volumes for the successful partnership," says Frank Fuchs, Managing Director of Roth Hydraulics, "especially because we are working in the field of future technologies in which our efficient accumulator systems make a decisive contribution to sustainability."
