Getting to know one another, exchanging ideas, and looking ahead together: Roth Hydraulics, the hydraulic accumulator specialist, invited all of its international sales partners to a three-day gathering at its headquarters in Central Hessen.
A total of 20 managing directors and sales managers from hydraulic companies across twelve countries and four continents attended the “International Partner Meeting”: “This positive response and high turnout surprised even us,” said Roth Hydraulics Sales Manager and Authorized Signatory Monika Schwab. She had initiated the global gathering to foster a shared understanding of Roth Hydraulics’ processes, expertise, and structures. “First and foremost, however, the goal was for us to get to know each other better so that we can respond even more effectively to the respective priorities, needs, and requirements—including in our customer relationships,” explained Monika Schwab, who was particularly pleased that sales partners from India and South Africa had also attended.
Efficiency Takes Center Stage
The Roth Hydraulics team had also prepared several workshops focusing on topics such as growth potential and the development of a global service network.
“One thing became very clear,” reported the Roth Hydraulics executives, “despite the diversity of markets and customers, it always comes down to efficiency, resource conservation, and sustainability.” The hydraulic accumulator specialist, which is part of the Roth Industries group of companies, considers itself well-positioned in these areas: “Our systems play a decisive role in efficiently storing hydraulic energy and making it available again,” emphasized Managing Director Frank Fuchs, “the scalability of our products helps us to specifically address individual customer requirements.”
Authorized signatory and Sales Manager Monika Schwab added: “Together with our international partners, we will continue to build on our potential to meet customer requirements even better.”
