Bolenz & Schäfer becomes Roth Hydraulics
Restructuring our parent company Roth Industries, we will consolidate all related areas of business so that we can concentrate our professional expertise in six divisions. All of them will carry the brand name Roth and the Roth logo. This way Roth Industries moves away from being a group with multiple brands to becoming an integral unit initiated by and based on the Roth family business. Operating under one brand name only will promote this approach more strongly and give us a global identity.
As of April 2016 the company Bolenz & Schäfer will use the name Roth Hydraulics GmbH to conduct business and represent the division Hydraulic Technology. In order to even better position ourselves in a world of global competition we have added two subsidiaries to our group: The first one was founded 2014 in Taicang, China, the second one in North America in January 2016. It is called Roth Hydraulics NA, Inc. and is located in Syracuse, USA.
We are convinced that our new organizational structure optimally positions us to meet future challenges and international requirements. It is our goal to handle new applications and the continuous development of technological and economic demands with flexibility and an active orientation towards the future. Also in these coming years you will have a strong and reliable business partner at your side. As your supplier we will ensure that you receive customized solutions for your hydraulic projects.
