The design of a hydraulic accumulator or an accumulator system is crucial for its use. Our specially developed ACCU software is used to calculate the optimum design. Project planning, simulation and project documentation ensure cost-effectiveness, safety and sustainability right from the start.

Experienced engineers design systems tailored to the customer's requirements. Not only the design, but also parameters such as installation locations with special placement conditions, special stresses from the environment, etc. are incorporated into the realization. New every time, always individual.

In-house production is important to us. We are constantly strengthening our vertical range of manufacture and thus improving quality assurance during production. The modified honing machine, for example, now allows us to machine cylinder tubes up to ten meters long and up to 560 millimetres in diameter in-house.

The application site and its conditions as well as the customer's color requirements are decisive for priming, coating and final painting. In our own paint shop, experts and the available technical equipment guarantee the professional execution of the specific surfaces of the storage tank and storage system.

When assembling our products, a whole team of employees is always at work to ensure safety, quality and perfect function. The individual areas of expertise of the fitters thus guarantee a product that is ready for connection and functions perfectly, from mechanics to digital monitoring.

In order to guarantee a high-quality product, we test throughout the production process. Goods inspection, functional, pressure and quality tests are an integral part of our production processes. Products that live up to our motto: "excellent pressure solutions".

Our quality management monitors and controls all quality-relevant processes to ensure compliance with defined specifications, standard requirements and approval requirements. Deviations are systematically analyzed, causes technically evaluated and sustainable measures derived. In addition, we continuously qualify and evaluate our suppliers to ensure a stable and compliant supply chain.

Special operating conditions - we have a wide range of approvals. >For worldwide use, with country approvals for Europe, USA, China, Korea and the Eurasian market. >For special conditions, e.g. maritime use, with special approvals from the American Bureau of Shipping, Bureau Veritas and the DNV-GL association.

Even after a Roth Hydraulics storage tank or storage system has left our company, we continue to support it with our service. Installation, periodic testing or maintenance of components are just some of the services provided by our service team, both in-house and on site.
