Coating and Painting
The application site and its conditions, as well as the customer’s color preferences, are decisive factors in determining the primer, coating, and topcoat. In our in-house paint shop, our experts and state-of-the-art equipment ensure that the specific surfaces of the accumulator and accumulator system are finished to the highest standards.
Quality Management
We monitor and control quality-related processes, ensuring compliance with defined specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements. Systematic analysis, technical root cause analysis, corrective actions, and supplier evaluations are all part of the value we add to our products.
Design
Experienced engineers design systems tailored entirely to the customer’s requirements. Not only the design itself, but also factors such as installation sites with specific placement requirements, special environmental stresses, and so on, are incorporated into the implementation. Assembly
When our products are installed, a full team of employees is always on hand to ensure safety, quality, and flawless operation. The installers’ specialized expertise ensures that the product is ready for connection - from mechanical components to digital monitoring - and functions flawlessly.

Manufacturing
In-house manufacturing is important to us. We are constantly expanding our vertical integration, thereby improving quality assurance during production. The modified honing machine, for example, now allows us to machine cylinder tubes in-house that are up to ten meters long and have a diameter of up to 560 millimeters.
Testing
To ensure a high-quality product, we conduct thorough inspections throughout the manufacturing process. Material inspections, functional tests, pressure tests, and quality checks are an integral part of our production processes. Products that live up to our motto: “excellent pressure solutions”.
